The Comelz CM44+ cutter is a production machine for cutting upper parts. The cutting mat is a conveyor that moves according to the nested and cut pieces.
Two independant cutting heads, each with an oscillating knife, a 5 drills punching revolver tool and a pen work separately while the cutter nests his pieces in the nesting area. The cut pieces are collected at the back of the machine.

The Comelz CM55+ is a production cutting machine. The principle is identical to the CM44+, except the cutting width is 2,00 meters instead of 1,5 meters, and the nesting area 1,50 m deep instead of 1,0 meter, therefore seriously improving the productivity.

The CM44S+ is an industrial cutter specifically built for footwear soles and insoles.
It is similar to the standard CM44+, but the two heavy-duty heads are meant to cut thicker and harder materials than the standard upper ones.
In addition, a material loader at the back of the machine can automatically load the material plates on the conveyor for automatic nesting of the pieces.
